I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the service was top-notch with the friendliest staff. The location was superb, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore. However, there were some renovations happening without prior notice. The dining experience was delightful, especially the breakfast options. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and disappointing aspects. The rooms were fabulous, beautiful, and well-appointed, with attention to traveler needs, but the view from my window was less than ideal. The service was exceptional, being the best I experienced during my trip in America. The location was perfect for my downtown Dallas plans but had some construction disruptions. The dining experience was amazing, offering a delicious breakfast spread. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
